About US

Chartwells

OUR FOOD PHILOSOPHY

We like to describe our food as being globally inspired by local love. We love partnering with area farmers and transforming their fresh ingredients into chef-inspired gourmet dishes in beautiful presentations. Our menus reflect the seasons and regions we serve and incorporate what’s trending. Our catering guide captures unique menu options with a rotating array of seasonal limited-time offers for added flair.

We must earn your catering business every day by making you proud and hosting incredible events that reflect the campus brand and culture, from display choices to local favourites on the menu. Carved + Crafted not only drives sales back to the university but also helps to create and celebrate community through the universal language of food. As students, faculty, and staff gather over tailgates, info sessions, fundraisers, and other events catered by Chartwells, they create memories of fun and laughs at the university instead of the stress of managing a catered event.
